You can opt out of text alerts any time by replying "STOP," or any alternative keyword we've shared with you. We complete any opt-out request as quickly as we can. This opt-out request won't prohibit us from sending you important nonmarketing notices.
Because the "Do Not Track" browser-based standard signal has yet to gain widespread acceptance, we don't currently respond to those signals.
We will retain your personal information only for so long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collected it, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Venue Report is the controller of your personal data when collected in the EU, but other parties (like Experience Suppliers) also act as data controllers for the personal data that we share with them and any personal data that they may collect independent of our relationship with them. Venue Report does not sell personal information of its users as the term "sell" is traditionally understood. But "sell" under the CCPA is broadly defined. It includes the sharing of personal information with third parties in exchange for something of value, even if no money changes hands. For example, sharing an advertising or device identifier to a third party may be considered a "sale" under the CCPA. To the extent Venue Report "sells" your personal information (as the term "sell" is defined under the CCPA), you have the right to opt-out of that "sale" on a going-forward basis at any time. After 12 months, we may ask you if you want to opt into the "sale" of your personal information.

California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our Website that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Venue Report is headquartered in the United States, and the information we collect will be processed in the United States.
